- Should be able to come-up with new suggestions/features for the product
- Should be confident in working independently and meeting the deadlines
- Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ideal candidate should have
- 1-2 years of experience in global IT services industry.
- Preferably an MBA
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written are a prerequisite for this position.
